Is the five year extended warranty transferable?

The extended warranty is transferable only for 45 days following the scooter delivery.

To transfer the warranty, we will need:

• Make and model of the scooter
• the serial number of the scooter
• date of purchase 
• Name of original purchaser
• New owner's name and contact information
