We utilize the manufacturer's national network of dealer/servicers, of which we are one. Each of our primary manufacturer's has thousands of dealers nationwide who can service your scooter. That said, our transportable scooters are modular and have built-in self-diagnostics. So, in the event of a problem, the first step would be for the customer to call us. We would diagnose the problem by telephone. Then, in all likelihood, we would send out a replacement for the defective module.
