What if the product I want to buy requires a prescription?

Living Well Stores does sell some products that require a prescription. If the product you're looking at does, it will say so on the product page.

In most cases, you can purchase that item on our website by self-certifying that you have the prescription. For applicable products, the purchase process will require that you certify the following:

I will read and carefully follow the manufacturer's directions provided with the unit and the directions as provided by my licensed healthcare practitioner in connection with the use of this device. I will contact my physician immediately in the case of negative reactions caused by the use of this device. Living Well Stores does not provide instructions as to this device's application or use. Consult your doctor if you have Diabetes or have been diagnosed with poor circulation or neuropathic disorders.

If you'd prefer to place your order via telephone, you or your doctor can send the prescription to us via text, email or fax after you have placed your order.

As long as your name is legible on the prescription, no cover sheet or letter is required.
