The battery pack on my Pride GoGo scooter seems to be stuck and cannot be lifted off.

Nearly all Pride GoGo scooters have their battery packs held in place with velcro fasteners. To remove the battery pack, you'll need to pull hard on the battery pack to separate the velcro sections and allow the battery pack to be removed.
