How high is the Pride Wrangler scooter with the seat folded or removed?

The seat on the Wrangler folds partially down. With the seat folded as far down  as it will go, the Wrangler scooter becomes  41 1/2"  high from wheels to top.  If the seat is removed, the tiller will fold a bit farther making the Wrangler 31" high.
