Certain Pride Mobility scooters have sliding seats that operate in a similar manner as a car seat where you move a lever that releases the seat so that it can slide backward or forward. On those Pride scooters with seat slides, the maximum travel is about 1 1/2".
For certain Pride Mobility scooters that do not have a sliding seat, the seat can still be adjuster forward or backward as follows:
The Pride Mobility Maxima has three sets of mounting holes that fasten the seat plate to the seat. So the seat plate can be unscrewed from the seat, the seat moved forward or back 1" and then the screws can be replaced.
The Pride Mobility GoGo series of scooters have two sets of mounting holes that fasten the seat plate to the seat. So the seat plate can be unscrewed from the seat, the seat moved back 1" and then the screws can be replaced.
None of the other Pride Mobility scooter seats including the Victory series, ZT8, and ZT10 have multiple screw holes. To ensure safety, the seat position on those scooters are fixed in place.
